The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC issued a certificate of return to Osun state governor-elect Ademola Adeleke this morning, July 20.
Adeleke defeated the incumbent governor, Gboyega Oyetola of the APC, and 13 other governorship candidates in the July 16 election.
